This is a 6.5" x 6.5" drawing done in preparation for the Draw Your Face Off Event at Space last night. I wanted to know in advance what kind of drawings I would do during the event, so this test helped me decide. I don't have any images of the drawings I made during the event, but they all had this general look. I made ten drawings in four hours, and they all sold!
There was a huge turnout, as usual for
Space on a
First Friday. There was a funk of competition in the air. It felt odd and satisfying to be displayed like a dancing monkey. It was all very exciting and I would love to be a part of something like this again. Thanks to the
